What you'll be doing

Our Account Management team is central to Wolt's success in Germany, ensuring all our existing restaurant partners thrive. As Wolt expands in scale and scope, our account management capabilities must grow accordingly.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage our largest SMB merchants, increase adoption of Wolt's products, and drive their growth. Your role includes negotiating complex deals, analyzing large datasets, and managing your portfolio with a consultative approach.

Day-to-day in this role you'll :

  • Leverage your business acumen and analytical skills to increase adoption of Wolt's products among restaurant partners.
  • Drive complex commercial negotiations to strengthen partnerships while achieving financial targets.
  • Monitor your portfolio's performance, interpret data, and provide data-driven consultancy.
  • Conduct business reviews and lead discussions with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns with restaurant partners.
  • Mentor team members and share knowledge to help others grow.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback to influence product improvements.

  • Data-driven: Experience with analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI, SQL).
  • Sales: Strong communication skills and a passion for strategic conversations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to adapt tone and communicate effectively.
  • Proactivity: High ownership and initiative.
  • Tools: Experience with analytical dashboards and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and excellent in English.
