As part of our Seed Production operations in Europe, Syngenta is looking for a:
Germany (or elsewhere in Western Europe)
The Seeds Procurement Manager oversees contracting of third‑party seed multiplication and toll seeds processing in Europe. You build strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and sustainable supply. You implement vendor contract strategies for Cereals and Parent Seeds, collaborating with production teams to negotiate contracts that optimise costs and drive performance improvements. You also develop innovative pricing models to support long‑term business growth.
