Zusammenfassung

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Defining and executing the data migration strategy, including planning, mapping, validation, and migration of data from legacy systems to SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Leading and guiding data cleansing activities, identifying areas requiring cleansing, and implementing data cleansing scripts and programs.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all SAP modules, establishing data governance frameworks, and defining data quality rules.
  • Coordinating with business and IT stakeholders, including functional teams and system integrators, to ensure alignment on data requirements and project timelines.
  • Managing and guiding data analysts and other team members, providing direction on work scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Defining the data strategy for the S / 4HANA implementation, including phases, milestones, and detailed activities.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for data migration processes, configuration management, and master data processes, as well as developing training materials for end‑users.
  • Establishing and enforcing data quality standards, monitoring data quality metrics, and identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Tracking project progress, managing risks, and providing regular reports to stakeholders on status, challenges, and mitigation actions.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of data analysts, providing guidance on work scope, priorities, and best practices.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest SAP S / 4HANA updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of system performance and data management processes.
Expectations
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and cutover planning.
  • Deep understanding of SAP data structures and models, particularly in relevant modules like FI / CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Working knowledge of key SAP functional modules like FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, and relevant business processes.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS), SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), LSMW, LTMC, and BAPI / IDocs.
  • Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment within an SAP context, including de‑duplication, standardization, and rationalization.
  • Experience in managing and improving data quality, including data validation rules, transformation logic, and data governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing ETL processes to move data from legacy systems to S / 4HANA.
  • Proficiency in using SQL or other querying tools for source data analysis.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage and align stakeholders across different departments and levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • SAP Certification: SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., FI / CO, MM, SD, PP).
  • Strong understanding of data governance and security standards.
  • Experience with SAP ECC to S / 4HANA migration is a plus.
