As a SAP Presales Executive, you will act as a strategic technical advisor, shaping solution visions that guide customers through their digital transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying opportunities, designing value-driven SAP architectures, and partnering with sales teams to deliver winning proposals that outperform competition.

This role bridges business, technology, and innovation, translating client challenges into compelling SAP solution approaches across the full SAP portfolio, including S/4HANA, RISE, industry clouds, analytics, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.

As a SAP Presales Executive, you will act as a strategic technical advisor, shaping solution visions that guide customers through their digital transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying opportunities, designing value-driven SAP architectures, and partnering with sales teams to deliver winning proposals that outperform competition.

This role bridges business, technology, and innovation, translating client challenges into compelling SAP solution approaches across the full SAP portfolio, including S/4HANA, RISE, industry clouds, analytics, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to final presentation and handover into delivery.
  • Develop customer-specific solution architectures across SAP domains such as S/4HANA, Finance, Analytics, BTP, and Industry Cloud.
  • Build and deliver high-impact demos, POVs, and prototypes showcasing SAP’s value against customer pain points.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP solution capabilities, implementation methodologies, and industry use cases.
  • Shape and communicate compelling value propositions and competitive differentiators.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, solution architects, and partner ecosystem to design end-to-end proposals.
  • Support RfX processes including scoping, effort estimation, solution design, and proposal writing.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation by identifying whitespace and developing thought leadership assets.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SAP roadmap, innovations, and market trends.
  • Engage with C‑level stakeholders, guiding strategic discussions on operating models, transformation paths, and business benefits.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP presales or consulting experience, ideally across multiple functional or technical domains.
  • Proven expertise in designing SAP architectures for transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP strategy: RISE, GROW, BTP, Business Data Cloud, Industry Cloud, and SAP AI.
  • Hands‑on presales experience including demos, workshops, and solutioning.
  • Fluency in German and English; excellent executive‑level communication skills.
