Overview

Conexus are partnered with a global medical devices company, that are currently searching for an Expert in SAP Customer Service, to join them on a permanent basis from Berlin, Germany.

We're looking for someone who brings deep SAP expertise and process understanding to help streamline After Sales and Service operations - not in the cloud or CRM frontends, but where real ERP service journeys are built.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and enhancement of SAP CS/PM processes in an S/4HANA environment

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including BI, Sales, Logistics, and Production

• Contribute to strategic ERP backend transformation with a focus on real service workflows, not Salesforce-style front-end solutions

• Work in a flat, trust-based structure with autonomy and long-term development opportunities - including potential for future leadership

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on SAP experience, especially in CS and/or PM customising

• Strong process know-how in After Sales, Service, and Maintenance

• Broader SAP exposure to modules like Sales, Logistics, or Production

• Ideally certified in relevant SAP modules

• Comfortable working in both German and English (written & spoken)
