A consultancy firm is seeking a SAP Product Compliance Functional Consultant for a part-time remote role. The consultant will provide expertise on environmental health and safety and ensure proper documentation of hazardous goods in SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of relevant experience and is fluent in both German and English. This role offers flexibility, requiring only two days of work per week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Product Compliance.
• Solid understanding of EHS requirements related to product compliance.
• Previous experience working on SAP S/4HANA greenfield projects is highly desirable.

Overview

Role: SAP Product Compliance Functional Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (paid travel if required)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 12 months

Workload: 2 days per week

Languages: German and English required

Interview Process: 1–2 stages, starting next week

Project Overview

• Greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementation
• The project is currently moving into the test phase, with a planned go-live in October 2026
• You will act as the front-end to the customer, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAP Product Compliance (PC) functional consultant
• Provide expertise and support around Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), particularly product compliance
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of environmentally dangerous goods
• Support integration of SAP PC with other modules including EWM, QM, SD, and PP
• Collaborate closely with warehouse / logistics operations
• Participate in testing and validation activities during the transition to go-live

Requirements

• Minimum of 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Product Compliance
• Solid understanding of EHS requirements related to product compliance
• Previous experience working on SAP S / 4HANA greenfield projects is highly desirable
• Functional consulting background with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints across logistics and supply chain modules
• Fluent in both German and English
