About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller (d/f/m) to join our Controlling team at our Mannheim office. This permanent position is part of the DACH Controlling Team, supporting strategic and operational financial processes within the Consumer Goods Region Central & East.

What you will do

1. Serve as the lead controller for the monthly closing process
2. Prepare and deliver clear, concise monthly financial reports
3. Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors
4. Take responsibility for forecasting activities within the Consumer Tissue segment
5. Contribute as a business partner across the organization, supporting multifunctional teams
6. Provide training on financial topics, including working capital management

Who you are

• Degree in Economics or a comparable qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Controlling or Finance
• Proficiency in SAP/R3, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools
• Fluent in German and English, with professional control environment experience
