The Role

We’re looking for our Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) — someone who will play a key role in setting up and building our sales engine from the ground up. This is not just about prospecting; it’s about being at the frontlines of building how we sell, how we grow, and how we win as a company.

This is a top-tier learning experience for anyone who wants to start a career in tech sales. You’ll work closely with the founding team (all serial founders) and top sellers from both high-growth startups and established companies, learning firsthand what it takes to build sales motions. We guarantee a steep, hands‑on learning curve that will accelerate your career in tech sales faster than anywhere else.

Tasks
  • Partner with leadership to shape our early go-to-market strategies and drive their execution.
  • Prospect and research potential customers, building the first version of our pipeline.
  • Reach out directly to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Handle objections, qualify opportunities, and close deals with the founders' support.
  • Experiment with new outreach tactics and continuously improve our messaging and processes.
Requirements
  • You have drive, ambition, and curiosity. We care more about these than prior experience.
  • You’re excited by the idea of building something from scratch and being part of an early‑stage team.
  • You’re resilient and not afraid of cold calls, rejections, and learning by doing.
  • You’re a strong communicator in German and English.
  • You want to grow into an Account Executive role and ultimately into sales leadership.
  • Plus: previous logistics or supply chain experience.
