As Sales Manager for Products and Services, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of our digital services and products that require explanation, such as test benches. You will identify new business opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships and successfully position our solutions on the market. Help shape the future of the company in an increasingly important business area (Products & Services).

Your Tasks:

  • You analyze the needs and business models of potential customers and develop sales strategies based on this.
  • You manage sales activities, conduct negotiations and successfully conclude contracts.
  • You build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
  • You will carry out lead generation and cold calling to identify and acquire potential customers.
  • You will oversee the entire sales process from the initial approach to the conclusion of the contract.
  • You carry out market and competitive analyses to identify new business areas.
  • You analyze customer satisfaction and derive measures for continuous improvement.

Necessary Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Proven sales experience with products or services that require explanation, preferably in digital services or test benches
  • Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling and building long-term customer relationships
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levels
  • High degree of initiative, results orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skills
