Jobbeschreibung

For the regions in Eastern Europe (focus on Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania..), we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with knowledge in banking and payment card industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the specified regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

Your tasks
  • Sales of Products (e.g. payment card), Services and Solutions to Banks and Service Providers in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania and further assigned countries in Eastern Europe.
  • Acquisition of new customers and further strategic development of business relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Set-up and further development of the partner network (e.g. local Personalisation partners)
  • Definitions of Contract- and Pricing Strategy together with G+D ePayments GmbH.
  • Price- and contract negotiations with Customers
  • Regular Survey of Market- and Competition situation to identify potential for new business opportunities.
  • Coordination of customer projects together with Customer Project Management and Product Management.
  • Reporting of customer specific monthly- and yearly forecasts.
  • Close cooperation with regional colleagues,
Your qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of the markets in the Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania with proven success in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics; knowledge in payment card or banking environment is desirable
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Independent and structured working style; develop your own sales strategies and achieve your goals efficiently
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to respond to individual needs
  • Fluent English skills; Polish & Czech skills are desirable; further Eastern European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel required
