We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about developing new business opportunities for our SaaS solution.

As a Sales Manager carrying a senior sales target, you will collaborate closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to identify pain points and generate new sales opportunities in our target markets using our established go-to-market strategy and sales methodology. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a target prospect list, as well as building strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and value-add interactions.

Your critical thinking skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities will be essential in helping our sales and marketing teams stay ahead of the curve.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to reach out to potential clients and schedule sales meetings.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and pinpoint potential areas of opportunity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of potential customers' pain points and existing customer online reputation and satisfaction management processes.
  • Tailor sales messaging and approaches to effectively resonate with different target audiences and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and value-add interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical and product-requirements of the prospects are fulfilled
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Analyze your sales performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing on pipeline status, deal progress, and market insights.
  • Continuously strive to improve and optimize the sales process by testing new approaches and tactics and sharing best practices with your teammates.

  • Native English & German speaking
  • Role is based in Berlin.
  • Exhibit creativity and tenacity in approaching outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social) efforts.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player.
  • Ability to remain focused for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
  • University degree required (BA or above).
  • 3 years experience in SaaS solution sales
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with SugarCRM, Hubspot, Google Suite, Excel
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products and business workflows.
  • Good understanding of the SPIN selling process.
