Sales Enablement Manager

RoomReady is looking to expand our Business Development, reporting directly to the CRO, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving adoption, efficiency, and revenue growth through optimized use of Salesforce and related sales processes. This role bridges sales, marketing, service, and support operations to improve renewal rates, streamline deal execution, and enhance visibility into performance metrics across the organization. The ideal candidate combines a background in AV services or technology sales operations with hands‑on Salesforce experience and a passion for enabling teams to sell smarter and faster. Candidate must live near Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Salesforce adoption, training, and reporting across Sales, Support, and Service teams.
  • Develop best practices and process documentation for sales activities.
  • Automate and optimize sales processes, including contract renewals and deal registration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quoting, forecasting, and follow-up workflows.
  • Build and maintain internal sales enablement content, including process guides and training materials.
  • Improve support renewal close rates, reduce pipeline leakage, and increase attachment rates.
  • Achieve high active Salesforce user adoption and improve quote-to-close cycle time.

  • Deep knowledge of the audio video industry, including trends and key players.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Enablement Manager, Sales Operations Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and sales process optimization.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Compensation & Benefits

The hiring range starts at $80,000 (more depending on qualifications) per year, depending on experience and location. This position is primarily a remote role with hybrid possibilities if located near a RoomReady location. A comprehensive benefits package includes low cost/or free employee medical, employer full-paid dental, and vision, along with a 401(k) option. Paid time off and paid holidays.
