TELUS Health has recently expanded our European presence through the strategic acquisitions of Humanoo and Human and Work in Germany. This exciting integration brings together two dynamic sales teams under one unified vision, strengthening our position in the EMEA wellbeing market.
We're seeking a Sales Director to lead and unify our combined sales force of 10 Business Development Managers/Directors across Germany, reporting to the Senior Sales Director in the UK. This pivotal leadership role will be instrumental in integrating our newly combined teams and driving revenue growth in the German market. This role is hybrid, and can be based in either Berlin or Hamburg.
As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for your teams’ revenue generation through the acquisition of new logos and partnerships to cultivate existing relationships for new upsell opportunities. You will foster a culture of continuous learning within the Business Development team through performance management and coaching.
You will set a process and structure that enables the team to establish new contacts, leads, sales pipeline and source new business opportunities. You will build and nurture strategic relationships (top tier consultants, key channel alliances and key customers) to support year-over-year revenue growth as we establish TELUS Health as one of the top players in the EMEA wellbeing market.
