A global e-commerce brand is seeking a Sales Director (Country Manager) to build and scale the German market. This fully remote role requires an entrepreneurial leader with over 8 years of experience in offline sales and channel development. The position includes developing sales strategies, managing a local sales team, and maintaining partnerships with distributors. Candidates must be fluent in Chinese and German, bringing strong B2C sales experience and market knowledge. Competitive compensation offered.

Contract Type: Local third-party agency contract (until local entity is established)
Compensation: Approx. 250k EUR per year (60–70% base salary + 30–40% performance-based commission & bonus; negotiable and open)

Germany is a strategic priority, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director (Country Manager) to lead and scale the business locally.
The Sales Director (Country Manager – Germany) will be responsible for building and scaling the offline sales and channel ecosystem in Germany.
This is a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial leadership role, ideal for candidates who want to:

The role works closely with Global HQ (China) while leading all local market operations in Germany.
