Our client is a dedicated platform of remarketing and trading of aircraft assets. The company's primary focus is on mid-to end-of-life aircraft solutions, including the sale and lease of aircraft and engine assets, aircraft and engine dismantling, and parts sales and lease. They are now stepping into Europe and now looking for a Regional Sales Director as one of the earliest sales force in Europe, can be home based in Germany, or the UK, France, the Netherlands, Ireland. Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales target in the assigned regions.
- Serve as the point person for the HQ sales team in support of strategic opportunities, problem resolution and escalated issues.
- Create sales proposals, cost estimates, and customer presentations review and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Maintain high sales productivity level through proper planning and management of opportunity pipeline (Revenue Walks, Customer Onboarding Initiatives, bookings, and customer service activities.
- Lead, Coordinate, manage and participate in customer visits, and include relevant internal participants as needed
- Follow up on actionable items and tracks requirements to ensure completion through processes.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Identify potential customers through networking initiatives, lead development, and email communications.
- Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Report to General Manager in the HQ and keep management informed by preparing results, such as weekly work reports.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting requirements regarding booking forecast, product performance, sales activities, threatened loss of business, sales forecasts, industry trends, competitive information and activities, account analysis and status to assist management in making informed decisions.
- Ensure that customer quotes are processed in a timely manner.
- Understand contract terms and conditions and execute in accordance with corporate policies.
- Contributes to creating and maintaining best practices to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
- Collaborate with Finance to follow up on commercial issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Technical background preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Airlines, commercial aviation aftermarket, MRO, or related aerospace services.
- Proven history of P&L leadership and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong knowledge of global aviation aftermarket dynamics, regulations, and customer landscape.
- Excellent team player, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
