Position based in our Frankfurt office – 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Team Management & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier sales talent.

Revenue Growth & Business Development:

  • Drive new business acquisition while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience: 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in Consumer electronics, consumer goods or FMCG.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding multi-million-pound revenue targets.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • CRM & Sales Tech: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
