What Youll Be Doing

In this role, you will actively contribute to business growth by :

  • Reaching out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and uncover new opportunities
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting leads by assessing customer needs, buying triggers, and purchase readiness
  • Conducting targeted research on SMEs , including company profiles, key decision‑makers, technical requirements, and product fit
  • Using your product and digital solutions knowledge to clearly communicate value propositions and tailor messaging to small businesses
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound activities, acquisition campaigns, and win‑back initiatives
  • Closing smaller sales opportunities independently and ensuring smooth handover of larger opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintaining excellent CRM discipline , accurately documenting all customer interactions, opportunity stages, and follow‑ups in systems such as Salesforce
What You Bring

  • Speak German fluently (minimum C1) and have good English skills (minimum B2)
  • Work independently, stay organized, and manage your time and priorities effectively
  • Are a strong communicator with a customer‑first mindset and a confident, professional tone

  • Feel comfortable presenting products and solutions in a clear, needs‑based way
  • Have experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Are motivated to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B customer service or sales , ideally with small and medium‑sized businesses
  • Exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, or helpdesk tools
