Overview

Role: Sales Development Representative DACH — you will be the first point of contact to prospects. You will use channels such as phone, e-mail and LinkedIn to reach prospects, follow up on creative initiatives, and establish and maintain contacts with existing clients. You will initiate conversations with contacts at all hierarchical levels to discuss challenges and link them to our products, advising and guiding leads on managing their people by leveraging employee listening/feedback.

You are responsible for qualifying the lead and determining whether it is valuable to schedule an appointment with your Account Executive colleague. If appropriate, you must provide both parties with the necessary information to nail calls and appointments and contribute to a better conversion rate.

You will be highly proactive in your approach, including contacting prospects who are not familiar with Effectory yet. You will nurture them and highlight our value proposition, supported by your enthusiasm and strong communication skills. You will also contact warmer leads who have already shown interest (e.g., by downloading material from our website).

Target group: HR experts from medium-sized companies in German-speaking markets. You will address interested parties who have engaged with us (inbound) and, at times, those who do not yet know us (outbound). You will work closely with the marketing team to assist with campaigns and creative ways to attract customers.

Language requirement: This position requires fluency in German.
