Sales Coordinator, based in Dubai/UAE

In the course of our Middle East expansion, we are looking for a new talented colleague, who will be based in Dubai/UAE. You will join a globally operating company that focuses on project solutions with a high degree of customized and bespoke solution. You will build the bridge between our Middle East business and our international locations in Berlin/Germany; Lyon/France; Highland/NY USA; London/UK. Our clients are lighting designers, landscape architects, engineering companies, wholesalers and contractors.

You will support us actively in the course of our Middle East expansion with the following tasks:

  • Handling of inquiries and quotations
  • Order handling (order confirmations, delivery monitoring)
  • Purchases to our factories
  • Support the sales team
  • Support our customers
  • Close cooperation with multiple internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Mandatory:
  • A background in customer service
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills - able to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • A background in sales of technical products
  • Experience in the lighting industry
