Your responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) process for Roll Workshop operations.
• Collect and consolidate demand plans from sales areas and align them with operational capacity.
• Analyze data create scenarios and estimate financial outcomes to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with operations and subcontractors to ensure capacity flexibility and resilience.
• Develop and implement systematic SOP processes tools and strategies for long‑term success.

Expectations for you

• You hold a relevant technical field.
• You have 10 years of experience in planning or similar roles like supply chain operations or sales.
• You are fluent in English.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are also needed.
• You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to turn plans into actionable results.
• Experience in order‑to‑delivery processes or operations planning is an advantage.
