What you will do
  • Customer service: support and advice for our new and existing Polish customers on the phone
  • Needs assessment: determination of customer requirements and identification of business opportunities
  • Documentation: maintenance and updating of customer information in our database
  • Lead qualification: qualifying and passing on potential business opportunities to the sales force in order to optimally develop customer relationships
  • Teamwork: close cooperation within the team as well as good familiarization opportunities
What we expect (Qualifications)
  • Completed vocational training preferably in sales
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Enjoy outbound telephony in the B2B sector
  • Initial experience in the sale of IT solutions is desirable
  • Required language skills:
  • Polish (level C2) and English (level B2) or
  • Czech (level C2) and Slovakian (level C2) and English (level B2) or
  • German (level C2) and English (level B2)
