American Red Cross is the world’s largest humanitarian network. As a mobile staff member you will lead delivery of services to military installations, hospitals, and their families, working under strict medical and security clearances. Deployment is a condition of employment: typically 6 months in the field every 18‑24 months, possibly worldwide.
The role is mobile; you must be a U.S. citizen, obtain a secret clearance and a no‑fee U.S. passport. Worldwide mobility is a core function; assignments can be in any location, including conflict zones. Medical and physical requirements include military‑approved immunizations and readiness for harsh environments.
Must regularly sit, use hands, talk, hear, and occasionally stand, walk, kneel, or crawl. Must often lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds. Vision and noise tolerance as described.
