Purpose of the position

Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team of over 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work in the project to achieve this goal.

The holder of this position is responsible for driving the application of Intersnack’s ONE template—comprising business processes and the supporting Infor-based IT solution—across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group.

The Project One Roll-out Manager Enterprise Asset Management leads the implementation of the template within the local organisation, supporting local teams in Asset, Spare Parts, and Maintenance Management to meet Go-Live dates. They act as an ambassador for the headquarters-based roll-out organisation, facilitating communication between country-specific teams and Group Process Owners.

This role focuses on Spare Parts and Machine Maintenance, with direct links to Engineering, Plan to Inventory, Source to Pay, and Finance. The manager supports local teams in implementing harmonized processes and identifying necessary adjustments to the template.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and deliver EAM implementation across the Intersnack Group, ensuring transition to standardized ways of working.
  2. Support local teams in realizing the ONE Template, applying standards for harmonization.
  3. Assist and enable local teams to transition to new organizational setups and roles.
  4. Ensure timely go-live, maintaining scope and budget.
  5. Promote and defend the strategic EAM aspects of the ONE Template to prevent deviations.
  6. Identify and resolve local issues swiftly for a smooth transition.
  7. Create Functional Specifications from a business perspective to bridge gaps in the application of the template.
  8. Support key local resources in implementing the template.
  9. Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to establish Business as Usual operations, embedding IT governance policies.
  10. Document all work according to project standards, utilizing tools like JIRA and SharePoint for monitoring and management.
Scope of Authorization

The position holder will define, apply, and improve the realization approach in line with program guidelines and in coordination with Group Process Owners to meet program targets.

Education
  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • 8-12 years’ experience in Planning, IT, or Consulting, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
Qualifications

Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Skills (Soft Measures)
  • Experience in international EAM template rollouts.
  • Understanding of Machine Maintenance Strategy, Spare Parts, and manufacturing dependencies.
  • Experience with business transformation and change management.
  • Experience in multi-country organizations, ideally in FMCG.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, results-oriented, good facilitation and communication skills, leadership experience.
Skills (Hard Measures)
  • Experience implementing EAM processes and systems, preferably Infor EAM or Hexagon.
  • Proficiency in writing Functional Specifications and testing software modules.
  • Consulting skills, organizational change management experience, training skills, MS Office proficiency, fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
