We are looking for a skilled Robotics Engineer specialized in Vision Language Action Models to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in integrating vision, language understanding, and action generation to develop AI systems that enhance robotic interaction and autonomy in complex environments.
Design and develop AI systems that combine vision, language, and motor control to improve the autonomy of robotic platforms.
Work on the implementation of Vision‑Language Action Models that allow robots to perform tasks based on verbal and visual cues.
Test and refine models under real‑world conditions to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with software engineers and roboticists to integrate these systems into larger automation solutions.
Contribute across all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial research to deployment and ongoing optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++.
Proven expertise in machine learning, especially in vision‑language models and robotic control systems.
Experience with vision and language processing frameworks such as OpenCV and transformers.
Ability to tackle complex, interdisciplinary technology challenges.
