• Brings vast experience in risk management within finance or tech industries, with a preference for candidates with DeFi or blockchain exposure.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications like FRM, PRM are advantageous.
• Skilled in risk assessment and management, exhibits strong analytical thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with risk management software, advanced Excel, and database management tools.
