Tradition and modern, combined in one concept. The project is located in the wine-growing region of Ahr and is super connected. The hosts have been serving food there for several hundred years. Since 2022, the gourmet restaurant has been newly built and rounds off the offer. The kitchen has a French focus and offers guests a culinary selection for lunch and dinner four days a week. All in all, a broad spectrum for the 3 service staff. We are therefore looking for an operational and administrative manager for the service.
