A public research university in Germany is seeking a Research Scientist (Postdoc) in Genomics and Bioinformatics. The successful candidate will engage in precision phenotyping and genomic analyses for drought stress tolerance in Quercus rubra. At the University of Göttingen - Public Law Foundation -, Abt. Forstgenetik und Forstpflanzenzüchtung, there is a position as Research Scientist (Postdoc) in Genomics and Bioinformatics (all genders welcome). Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-L/100%. The position is to be filled as soon as possible and is limited to 36 months. The successful candidate will work in the project: "Precision phenotyping in Quercus rubra - Development of gene markers for early selection of drought stress tolerant seedlings" funded by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity.
