Your mission
As a Reporting Expert in the field of Alternative Investments, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality financial and regulatory reports for our clients in Private Equity, Private Debt, and related asset classes. You will manage complex transactions and structures, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and provide valuable insights through precise and transparent reporting. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous development of our reporting processes and formats, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with colleagues across departments and act as a reliable partner for clients and stakeholders. The following tasks await you:
- Management and supervision of the preparation of financial reports for our clients in the area of alternative investments (private equity, private debt, etc.), under consideration complex transactions and structures.
- Responsibility for the preparation of regulatory reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines as well as special investor reports.
- Contact person for clients and other stakeholders regarding the reporting services provided.
- Leading the creation and specification of new reporting requirements and the continuous development and optimization of existing reporting formats.
- Management of cross-departmental projects for the continuous improvement of business processes, with a focus on increasing efficiency and improving quality.
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, finance, economics or a related field, with a focus on one of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Investments or Information Technology.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, controlling or investments, preferably in similar positions in the field of alternative investments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in the preparation and interpretation of complex financial information and reports.
- Sound knowledge and confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages is preferred to be able to perform database queries and analysis.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Initiative, conscientiousness and flexibility as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
