We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead and maintain our compliance framework across our affiliate marketing operations in the online gambling and sweepstakes sector. You will ensure our practices align with regulatory requirements in key markets, safeguard business integrity, and mitigate risk in a fast-evolving industry.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of advertising compliance and online gaming regulations (particularly sweepstakes models).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures, especially around sweepstakes and gambling-related content.
• Monitor affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure compliance with advertising standards, terms of service, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments across internal operations and affiliate partnerships.
• Act as a liaison with regulators, (external) legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with developments in gambling legislation (U.S., Canada, EU, etc.) and online marketing rules (e.g., Google / Facebook / FTC guidelines).
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance best practices.
• Lead incident management and resolution of any regulatory breaches or affiliate misconduct.
• Review and approve content, marketing materials, and affiliate creatives.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to compliance activities.

Required skills & experience

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role in the online gambling or digital marketing industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and remote-friendly environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of sweepstakes laws, online gambling frameworks (e.g., U.S. state laws, MGA, UKGC), and advertising standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with affiliate networks, traffic monitoring tools, and campaign analytics.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
• Additional languages (especially Spanish, German, or Portuguese) are a plus.
