Aufgaben
  • Drive and achieve sales and growth targets across the European market (focus on DACH)
  • Build and maintain a strong network of distributors and sales partners
  • Execute regional sales campaigns, incentive programs, and training initiatives
  • Coach and develop sales teams to achieve peak performance
  • Organize and lead sales events and activities to drive engagement and retention
  • Analyze sales KPIs, ROI, and performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Compliance to ensure market readiness
Profil
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in direct sales / MLM
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building successful teams
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers, partners, and events
  • Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
