  • Guiding and supporting the activities of related sales representatives
  • Clarify technical questions with development and production department
  • Handling of inquiries and preparation of quotations
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer workshops and seminars
  • Preparation and negation of framework contracts
Your Profile:
  • Adhesive industry: proven track record of achieving growth targets in this specific industry
  • Deep understanding of the Eastern Europe markets incl. Customer structures
  • Product knowledge: familiarity with adhesive tape technologies and applications across industries
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications and collaborate with the R&D and production teams
  • Excellent communications skills: verbal and written
  • Englisch and Polish as a must (German desirable)
  • Ability to work locally with a strong connection to the Headquarter
