Qualifikationen

• Ability to navigate complex, multi-country stakeholder environments.

About this Position

What you’ll do

• Serve as the lead technical expert for Safetykleen (EU region), CP Marine (NL), and the Railway Market (Western Europe).
• Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions.
• Provide hands‑on support via email, phone, and on‑site visits.
• Own and resolve customer technical requests directly.
• Organise and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated "Cleaner Champions".
• Act as the go‑to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps.
• Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals).
• Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets.

What makes you a good fit

• Engineer / Bachelor / Master's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environment, ideally in Railway, Marine, or Maintenance Cleaning.
• Strong organisational and communication skills and a high degree of independence and ownership.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi‑country stakeholder environments.
• Fluent language skills in English and additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are a plus.
