About the role

The QA Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and quality of marketing email communications within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position involves reviewing email content for editorial accuracy, technical functionality and adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

What you’ll do
  • Proofread and edit email copy for grammar, spelling and clarity, ensuring all content is free from typographical errors and follows standard German language conventions.
  • Ensure subject lines, subheadings and CTA buttons meet platform-specific character limits and best practices.
  • Verify that all links, images and dynamic content function correctly.
  • Check compliance with brand standards and legal disclaimers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain QA checklists and documentation for continuous improvement.
About you
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct grammatical, typographical and stylistic errors with precision.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. KNAK, Veeva, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with QA tools or email testing platforms (e.g. Litmus, Email on Acid) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Project management platform experience with a tool such as JIRA.
  • Skilled in receiving and integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
