Weare now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager (m/w/d) based in Frankfurt am Main

• Responsiblefor Central- and Southern Europe

Inthis position you will act as an integral member of the Area Procurement Team ensuring the strategic and profitable development of the company’s activities in CSE.

You will report directly to the Area Strategic Sourcing Director , CSE.

Your duties and responsibilities

• Implement effective sourcing strategies for different kind ofgoods and services across multiple countries in Central and Southern Europe
• Manage suppliers´ performance with a focus on continuous totalcost control and performance, defined improvement and innovation.
• Actively engage cross-functionally and with local businessleaders as a strategic partner to drive down costs while enhancing customers' experience,product quality and productivity.
• Continuous supportto Operations team in his area, increasing compliance.
• Establish anoverall strategy to source different families of products and services ensuringcost savings while maintaining and improving quality. The key parameter beingTotal Cost of ownership.
• Establish andmaintain relationships with suppliers partnering to solve problems and ensurehigh quality, reliable sources of supply and information.
• Effectivelynegotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costsand reliable supply according to the Corporate Procurement Policies andProcedures for RHG.
• Operate as theleader for all issues with suppliers in terms of quality, delivery service,costs and ensure alignment with all internal partners.
• Work very closelywith the corporate procurement team in HQ, implementing global contracts in theArea.

Your Profile

• 5+ years ofexperience in procurement / strategic sourcing
• Bachelor’sdegree required, ideally in Economics, Business orrelated field
• Excellent German and English skills
• Proven negotiationand analytical skills
• Able to work within a global and highly matrixedorganization
• Strategical thinking and being able to clarify critical priorities to createbusiness value
• Youhave the ability to aassess potential risks
• Influence your stakeholders internally & externally
