• Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
• Lead review sessions and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams

Requirements

Must-haves :

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems
• Solid foundation in prompt engineering principles and best practices
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Python for automation and workflow optimization
• Experience with Git version control systems
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Nice-to-haves :

• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar advanced LLM platforms
• Academic or professional background in linguistics, psychology, behavioral sciences, or communication studies
• Understanding of B2B workflows and knowledge management systems
• Experience with A / B testing frameworks and experimental design
