Project Manager (m/w/d) for Location & Process Integration

Location: Osnabrück | Employment: Full-time | Contract: Permanent | Role: Integration & Digitalization Projects for acquired sites.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the project management for integration and digitization projects tied to acquired sites.
  • Develop integration and digitization roadmaps and guide their structured implementation.
  • Analyze existing location and practice processes, identify improvement opportunities and derive concrete action plans.
  • Implement projects jointly with employees of the integrated sites and, where applicable, with external service partners.
  • Establish continuous improvement processes (KVP) and actively support change‑management initiatives in the integration context.
  • Contribute to the further development of integration and digitization standards and our professional footprint.
Qualifications
  • Completed training or university degree with several years of professional experience in a law firm, e.g., tax assistant, tax specialist or management economist.
  • Strong knowledge of law firm organization and processes and comfortable with DATEV or comparable practice software.
  • Ideal experience in project management with integration projects, M&A or post‑merger integration (PMI).
  • Enthusiastic about digitalization, process optimization and change management.
  • Ready to quickly and independently learn new topics.
  • Analytical skills, rapid grasp and high implementation orientation.
  • Team player, structured and methodical with willingness for nationwide project assignments.
