• Independent management of consulting projects – from concept development to implementation

• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and management of internal and external stakeholders

• Analysis of complex business processes, development of tailored strategies, and implementation of optimization measures

• Ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget targets

• Active contribution to the further development of our consulting portfolio

• Support in business development and client acquisition

Your profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a comparable field

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting or project management

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Excellent communication abilities and confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels

• High level of initiative, organizational talent, and assertiveness

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel (depending on project needs)
