Job Title: Entry-Level Service Manager (Low-Code/Appian)

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Service Manager with foundational experience with low-code application platforms, preferably Appian. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in German is mandatory for daily customer interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications, primarily Appian-based solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor application performance, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues to maintain service continuity.
  • Assist in preparing service reports, operational documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Participate in regular customer meetings, providing clear updates and status reports in both German and English.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and information security requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and support teams to drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
