The role

You will play a key role in supporting our programs and projects by bringing structure, clarity, and data-informed insights. Your work will help teams make better decisions, monitor progress more effectively, and reduce complexity across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, drive project/program management activities, and introduce data-driven ways of working to improve transparency, accountability, and business outcomes.

What You Will Do
  • Support day-to-day program and project management activities (planning, tracking, documentation, status reporting)
  • Develop simple dashboards/reports to visualize progress, risks, and key metrics
  • Coordinate meetings, milestones, and cross-team alignment forums
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction
  • Assist in event-driven initiatives such as workshops, reviews, or strategy sessions
  • Enable a more data-informed culture by improving how teams collect, organize, and interpret information
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, product operations, or innovation
  • Ability to organize complex information, structure workflows, and support execution
  • Experience with Agile methods and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) and creating clear visualizations
  • Ability to create concise presentations and written materials for leadership
  • A proactive, structured, and self-organized working style, combined with a “can-do” mindset
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
