What you’ll do
  • Lead and deliver CI‑Admin projects and programs on time, on budget, and to scope, underpinned by robust project governance and PMO practices with clear roadmaps, milestones, change control, and benefit tracking.
  • Coordinate and steer the CI‑Admin Center of Excellence, fostering collaboration across Knauf Finance and other indirect functions while building strong networks to influence stakeholders, align priorities, and secure sponsorship.
  • Own the toolbox and methods, continuously enhancing templates, standards, dashboards, and guidance, and providing clear management reporting, portfolio dashboards, and executive updates to ensure transparency of status, financials, and realized benefits.
  • Drive process excellence and automation across administrative processes, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements, championing cost efficiency and value delivery with quantified savings and tracked performance, and enabling adoption through targeted change management, communications, and training of local teams.
  • Support Knauf’s Knauf100 strategic program—leading the Superior Performance pillar—to drive cost efficiency and embed a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture across the organization.
Who you are
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or project management; consulting experience or an MBA is a plus.
  • You have demonstrated project/program management experience in administrative or indirect domains (finance or PMO exposure), combined with strong stakeholder management and clear communication that enable influence across regions without formal authority.
  • You offer advanced analytics and reporting capabilities—expert‑level Excel complemented by Power BI and Power Automate.
  • You inspire teams and champion cost efficiency through Continuous Improvement: you seek better ways of working daily and invite ideas from everywhere, asking, “How can we do better today?”
  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel complete your profile.
