We are supporting a leading European shipyard with a long-standing reputation in naval and luxury vessel construction. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Project Lead to support complex refit and modernisation projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of vessel refit projects
• Manage production schedules, milestones, quality, and project costs
• Coordinate internal departments and technical trades
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth work execution
• Liaise with classification societies and regulatory authorities
• Oversee construction and integration activities onboard
• Maintain technical and project documentation

Your Profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in shipyards, refit projects, or maritime operations (naval or commercial)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident in stakeholder management and technical discussionsSolid understanding of budgeting, planning, and ERP systems
• Strong English language skills; German is an advantage
