Product Manager (all genders)

full-time position in our Product Management Division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

Drive the product vision and strategy for your domain (Fleet Management, EV Charging, or Common Platform solutions), ensuring alignment with Edenred Mobility business objectives.

Design and manage the product roadmap, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration while maximizing business impact at minimal development cost.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, Sales) and, where relevant, other Edenred operating companies across Europe to deliver scalable solutions.

Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, and prioritize feature development to ensure products meet customer and user needs effectively.

Consolidate technical integration requirements with internal teams or 3rd‑party systems as needed to scale solutions across EMEA.

Monitor product performance using data analysis and user feedback, iterate continuously, and communicate milestones companywide.

Foster strong collaboration within your Tribe or Squad and across the cross‑European product organization, driving results with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Your Profile

Relevant degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.

3-5 years of product management experience in innovative, tech‑driven environments (start‑ups, scale‑ups, or corporate start‑up settings).

Strong command of agile product management frameworks, from discovery to delivery, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition.

Proficient in user research, prioritization, product design, and go‑to‑market best practices.

Technical understanding of backend processes, API integrations, and platform scalability.

Skilled in using product management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Proven ability to manage products end‑to‑end, leveraging data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a strategic, hands‑on, and transformation‑ready mindset.

Fluent in English (and German); other European languages are an advantage.
