Product Line Manager (m/f/d)

We\'re seeking an engineering and commercial talent to join one of our sites either in Germany (Hannover / Leipzig area) or in China (Wuhu area) to help shape the future of plate heat exchange technology. What you will be responsible for

• Guiding your product line plate heat exchangers through every lifecycle phase
• Initiating and supervising product strategy, new developments, upgrades, localisation and termination in coordination with our Research & Innovation, Product Development, New Product Introduction and Sales teams
• Listening to the market and to our customers, staying updated on future trends and needs, m onitoring and analyzing competition, using market intelligence and thus ensuring our competitive positioning and continuous improvement
• Developing yourself as a product line expert, continuously collecting and capitalizing product know how in all dimensions such as design, supply chain and manufacturing

About you

• You hold an Engineering diploma or Master of Science degree in mechanical or thermal engineering or in a similar field
• You are experienced in product development (R&D, application engineering, product lifecycle management) or in technical sales
• You have good knowledge of the plate heat exchanger market and associated design and manufacturing processes including welding and brazing
• You have already gathered profound knowledge of project management, lateral leadership and leading remote project teams
• In view of our sites both in China and Germany you ideally bring a cross-cultural background or respective experience
• Fluent English language skills are a must, German is a plus
• You are ready to travel globally
