Qualifikationen

  • Regional European experience preferred.

Jobbeschreibung

  • Create proposals based on previous model performance, latest competitor landscape analysis, Hyundai eLCV strategy, the European LCV market, and analysis of target customer
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop package proposals including dimensions, key features, and market price targets
  • Lead in the development of the pan-European trim strategy, maintaining balance between market requirements and complexity. Work with relevant stakeholders such as R&D and Manufacturing to determine cost-cutting activities and set-up relevant systems of support
  • Engage in model launch activities such as developing all relevant informational packets, communicating relevant information to markets through scheduled events and coordinating internally to ensure a successful model launch
  • Lead the development and implementation of specific actions, including annual special editions, model year changes or upgrades, and support local adaptations in markets
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders and coordinate all actions with local and global teams
  • Participate in model design evaluations and support the development of proposals based on media and customer feedback

About you :

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 – 3 years’ experience in a product management role within the LCV or eLCV market
  • Prior regional European experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge within the Automotive B2B market
  • Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
