The Role

We’re looking for a cracked early-career Product Engineer who’s hungry to own end-to-end features, ship product fast, and learn on the fly. You’ll work directly with the founders to take AI video workflows from prototype to production, conquer scalability challenges, and deliver a seamless, delightful experience for media pros.

What You’ll Do

• Own features end-to-end: Design, build, test, and launch core fullstack product functionality

• Prototype and validate: Rapidly spin up experiments—whether it’s a new subtitle animation module, GPU-accelerated reframing service, or smarter social-posting agent—and iterate based on user feedback.

• Optimize for scale: Tackle cloud-infra challenges on GCP (Largely Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub)

• Drive product strategy: Contribute to specs, prioritize roadmap items, and help define what Overlap means for creators at every step of their journey.
