Qualifikationen

Overview

Process Engineering Supervisor (m/w/*) for our film production area at the Hilden site. You have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a targeted way to advance our joint success.

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Entwicklung des Teams im Bereich Process Engineering.
• Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse innerhalb des Verantwortungsbereichs.
• Sicherstellung und Verbesserung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozessstabilität sowie Optimierung der Herstellkosten.
• Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen und globalen Schnittstellenfunktionen.
• Entwicklung von Strategien zur Erreichung der mittel- und langfristigen Unternehmensziele.
• Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Technologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Innovationskraft.

Qualifications

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbereich sowie nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung.
• Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung und Vermittelung von 5Why-Analysen, Ishikawa und ähnlichen Root Cause Analyse-Methoden
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Ausgeprägte strukturierte Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen.
• Gute Kenntnisse von Continuous Improvement-Prozessen und Projektmanagement.
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP oder ähnlichen ERP Systemen.
• Kenntnisse in der Prozessdatenanalyse.
