Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize series welding processes to ensure product quality.
  • Assist in process improvements in serial production.
  • Commission processes up to series maturity.
  • Contribute to creating process-related documents (e.g., work instructions).
  • Participate in KVP and FMEA processes.
  • Conduct training for production and maintenance staff on relevant processes.
  • Secure and archive robot programs and process parameters.

Your preferred qualifications:

  • Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or similar, or technical vocational training with relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge in metal and sheet processing.
  • Proficiency in robotic welding and programming (KUKA, Cloos, Reis).
  • Confident in MS Office.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
