We’re now expanding our European footprint and are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of a high‑potential desk spanning Frankfurt and the Benelux region (Amsterdam, Luxembourg), with opportunities to support wider European hiring.

What you’ll do
  • Take the lead on key client relationships across Frankfurt + Benelux.
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment for senior business support roles.
  • Drive proactive growth in new and emerging European markets.
  • Represent Joss Search at roundtables, events, and networking forums.
Candidate Expertise
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, supported by Candidate Managers.
  • Build and nurture a high-quality candidate network across Europe.
  • Provide expert guidance, insight and long-term career partnership.
Market Leadership
  • Bring a strong understanding of the German/European recruitment landscape.
  • Offer clients data, insight, and strategic market guidance.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and shape our European strategy.
What we’re looking for

We want someone who is:

  • An experienced recruiter (ideally in Germany/Europe) who can hit the ground running.
  • Confident managing client relationships at senior level.
  • Able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Motivated by building something and excited by the scale of the opportunity.
  • Strong on delivery standards, process, organisation and relationship‑building.
