PostDoc in Molecular and Oncological Gynecology – Klinik für Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe
The Department of Molecular and Oncological Gynecology at the University Hospital Frankfurt invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position at earliest possible time to join an innovative project investigating IVT-mRNA–based reactivation of tumor suppressor pathways in ovarian cancer.
The position is located in a dynamic and collaborative research environment focusing on novel therapeutic strategies to overcome drug resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The project centers on the development and preclinical validation of next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) carriers for IVT-mRNA delivery, both functionalized and non-functionalized with antibodies. These systems will be evaluated in patient-derived organoids and in vivo, using orthotopic and metastatic ovarian cancer mouse models, including PDX models, with the aim to improve targeted therapy and translational application.
The position is a limited appointment for a duration of two years.
