Overview

BAMBOO Tec is a company that offers consulting services to large multinational companies. For one of our clients, a big pharmaceutical company based in Europe, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Analyst.

Duration : 1 year

Location : Germany (mandatory)

Availability : Immediate

MUST HAVE

• Applicants must hold a valid German and European Union work permit
• Bachelor and / or Master degree in bioengineering, pharmaceutical sciences, industrial engineering or related field
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of process mapping and improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Understanding of user acceptance testing
• Experience in drafting and maintaining business cases, user stories, and SOPs
• Excellent communication skills in English C1
• Fluency in at least one European language (C1 level or above) (e.g., English, German, French, Spanish, Italian)

GOOD TO HAVE

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience with tools for collaboration and documentation: JIRA, Confluence, Miro (or similar)
• Experience in system integration with development team
• Experience in conducting training workshops
• Experience in developing process models, workflows, and diagrams
